Ok, here is a very sophisticated pic made by a very sophisticated graphic program  Mr. Green  to better explain the new situation in the East. If you all agree, i'd go on with it.

Looks good for me ! Okay

Will you create some new titular kingdoms for Khundolar and Jangovar, like we did for the Wainriders and Balchoths?

That's my idea, in my opinion, the current situation of Brownlands is a bit odd. Balchoths were disbanded many years before the War of the Rings. LOTRO lore page says that, in Brownlands, during our timeline there's the Tribe of Khundolar, direct descendents of Balchots clans. So i guess we can use the same holders for the War of the Rings timeline and create a titular title for Khundolars.Currently we have nothing in northern Rhovanion, only a bunch of independent counties, LOTR says that, during the ring timeline, there is the Tribe of Jangovar there, that often fights with the Kingdom of Dale.
Creating these two tribes, we'd add a bit of taste in those empty lands.

Ok for me!
We maybe can let a bunch of Balchoths, but instead of the brownlands, more near to Dorwinion maybe, so we'll have on the western half of brownlands the Khundolar, on the eastern part the Balchoths, and in South of Celduin, Northern Rhovanion, the Jangovar. And some independant counts again in southern rhovanion?

Because the Balchoths are canon characters where Khundolar and Jangovar are not, wi it could be... weird to remove them completely?

I likea the idea, You mean, splitting the brownlands, the eastern part under the canon holders of Balchoths, the western part under the khundolar and the jangovar close to Dale? So, we'll basically have three tribes in Rhovanion, i like it!

Yeah, that's exactly what i mean Wink
And these three tribes won't hold an entire kingdom, not the Rhovanion for Jangovar, only the northern part.
This way, these tribes will look more like tribes and not powerful/big/strong kingdoms, as they should be.

I like this, there is a de jure kingdom of brownlands which perhaps could have a cultural name of Blachoths, Khundolar, but I don't know. These names are names of clans dynasties? So it makes sense to use Muslim style naming system like how Fatimid is Egypt, so Balchoths is a tribe which name can change if someone else takes it over? Same with others? I know this isn't exactly what you're discussing but just occured to me. I like the cultures set up and the three tribes as Lon and you said Wink

No, these tribes are not named by the founder like the Fatimid, but are... well, three tribes, with possibly some changes in the regnal dynasty during the centuries. It's more like Clans/Tribes, i think!
I suppose that in Lotro, Khundolar and Jangovar are clans who separate from the balchoths, with the balchoths more in the east than them?

To me, it sounds more like a generic term for a people, not a dynastic name, such as Wainriders, Balchoths, the vanilla Cumans, Mongols etc.

Yeah, that's exactly what it think : Balchoths/Wainriders (and Khundolar/Jangovar) are like the Mongols!

In LOTRO, Khundolars are the descendents of Balchoths that were disbanded by Gondorians/Rohirrims.
Jangovars are a completely different tribe.

Okay, in that case it all sounds good to me, three separate tribes of different peoples
