Here's a thread about the specific buildings for Gondor

A list of the already made:

City Buildings :

Castle Buildings :
ca_healing2 = levy_reinforce_rate + 0.1
ca_hidden_halls = garrison_size +1.5

Temple Buildings :
tp_numenorean_tombs = tax income +1 / heavy infantry +30
tp_numenorean_archives = tax income +3 / heavy infantry +30

Unique Buildings :
ct_prancing_pony = tax_income +4 / garrison size +1.2 (Bree)
ca_prancing_pony = tax_income +4 / garrison size +1.2 (Bree)
ca_tharbad_bridge = tax_income +5 / garrison size +1.2 / Heavy Infantry +150 (Tharbad)
ca_annuminas_ruins = tax_income -3 / garrison_size -0.2 (Annuminas)
ca_fornost_ruins = tax_income -3 / garrison_size -0.2 (Fornost)
ca_fornost_erain = fort_level + 5 / Heavy Infantry +250 / Knights +250 (Fornost)
