What will we do for Saurons portrait, he is supposed to just be an eye at this point

I suppose we can use the muhammad.tga file, and put a picture of our choice?

I can make a culture for Sauron, and change the portraits to see only an eye?

can a muhammdad-like file be made, or is it hardcoded?

It seems hardcoded... Maybe Paradox can allow us one day to make more "static" portraits.

Well, with Sauron we need his portrait to be him before his fall and after he returns if he wins, so we can add a character flag or something and have a hat in his culture that is just a big picture of an eye that takes up the whole frame, and when he comes back change his hat to his helmet. So his face will be under the eye really.

Hmmmm... I find these lines, in the assets.gfx file :

It seems that the Muhammad.tga could have more frames, like the dynasties.tga?

Awesome, even if we could use more frames in the muhammed file, it wouldnt work as portraits cant be switched between occluded and not I believe, so the hat solution is the only way

Even if you could change the frame, you couldnt switch between a muhammed static and normal portraits
